Hey, I'm Ian! I was born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD, where I still live with my wife Sadie and our three kids Malachi, Kenan, and Eliana. In my free time I enjoy golfing, spending time with friends and family, and chasing sunsets outdoors with my kids and dog.
My marketing career began in 2018 with the launch of Rinken Media, where I dedicated myself to helping ministries and businesses share their impact stories with a wider audience. We handled everything from social media management and scriptwriting to video production, graphic design, and paid digital advertising. Through that experience, I saw how many organizations struggle to launch new initiatives as their responsibilities expand.
Now I am starting Scratch because of that realization. As organizations grow, effective systems become essential. Without them, teams end up patching problems until something breaks. My goal is to help businesses and organizations before they reach that point by implementing systems that allow them to focus on growth and purpose, not just operations.
Building something great matters to me. More importantly, I want my clients to feel their work is valued, that I care about their success, and that every solution starts with taking the first step. If that first step involves me helping you, I am all in.
